The success of taking a picture of a black bottle against a black background lies in getting clear lines along the edge of the bottle. To take this photo, I used side and rear lights. I diffused the side light with an elongated softbox placed on the lamp, thanks to which the light is evenly distributed along the entire length of the bottle.
Behind the background, I placed a large reflector, and I put the light directed toward the reflector. The reflector must be larger than the background so that the backlight can illuminate the sides of the bottle. By adjusting the distance of the rear light from the reflector and its power, I obtained the thickness and intensity of the bottle edge that I expected.

In the photo below, you can see a photograph of the bottle illuminated only by the backlight.
